Teacher Professional 

There are many ways that teachers should be professional ,Firstly create a good impression from the first day of teaching , Secondly you always have to be on time for work, Then you have always be prepared by checking to your teaching plan and thats save time. Manage your student behaviour and organise your classroom , i think You should respect your student and colleagues so they retunes respect back, Being positive and passionate when you teach its important its makes you love your job. You must be polite and clam when dealing with parents about their children marks or behave. Try to make your lessons more simple and fun by using models,coloured pictures and photograph. Try to keep your student attention by connecting your lesson with their daily lives because it's help them to remember every thing that they study.Finally make sure that student safety it's your responsibility in school you have to take care of them specially young children. 

The reasons why teachers need to be professional? It's to be a good example as a teacher , also to improve new skills and different knowledge, last thing, being professional make the teacher more confident and comfortable of his job.
